An important aspect of the Forum is that of "Community."

Naturally, a true community is self-directed and self-managed. That is why all design for this Project was examined by an impartial Stakeholder Review Group.

That is also why the site community will bear the responsibility of maintaining order. Each Forum Section will be moderated by a volunteer from the ranks of participating Citizens. They serve six month terms and will be officially recognized by their contribution at the end of that term.
